Just a couple of things about screenshots... I used the 'convert'  
tool from the ImageMagick package and I was able to reduce the size  
of screenshot files in about 50%. For example the screenshot for the  
ocadia template was 180kb in size before and 70kb after. I can easily  
reprocess all screenshots once you check them in, and probably if we  
increase the jpg compression we can even get them smaller.

But there is a problem with screenshots: there is a very big typo, it  
says "Welcomw" instead of "Welcome". I wouldn't mind if it wasn't  
because it looks really big in most of them ones I've seen. This is a  
bit annoying now because we have to take all the screenshots again,  
but I think it looks quite ugly.

The small screenshot sounds like a reasonable idea, and it's possible  
to create them once we have the big version.
