How about we leave it as HTML_SPECIALCHARS in 1.2, and do HTML_ENTITES in
1.2.1? It will be easier.

This cuase a big problem in Chinese forum recently, that's why I notice
this. And I though it was MySQL's problem not use, that why I never try to
fix this.
