[pLog-svn] 1.2 release thought

I finally remembered what it was that I was hoping was going to
make it into 1.2: The ability for plugins to have a setting that overrode
the default behavior when dealing with spam.
I like having my setting set to save spam instead of deleting it.
However, if a comment fails the hiddeninput test, there is no way it was a
person, so it should just be deleted. Failing authimage is more prone to
human error, but the person would have gotten the failed message, so he
could try again to fix his mistake. There are probably other plugins
(maybe the antidns?) that it would be appropriate to delete right away
rather than save it.
I don't know how hard that is to implement.
