hi jon

apologies if this is obvious to you, but the trunk is v1.3 and the 
location feature was implemented by oscar not long ago. though it worked 
fine for me on a new install, it might be buggy and the user interface 
needs polishing. (of course I added the google api key first, so I don't 
know if there are issues if you don't have one set up)

LT 1.2 is in the branches already.

PS: and thanks for fixing the recursive thingy in file.class.php - I 
missed that one.
