[pLog-svn] LT 1.3: thinking out loud

Will this tagging feature apply tags on a per blog basis or per site 
basis? It would be grate if users could ad tags to their articles on a 
per blog basis, but it would be even better if the site (summary) could 
make use of the tags to link articles from different blogs, more ore 
less like the Global article category does, but with tags. For example, 
like they do at http://www.lacoctelera.com/

As for the Google Maps integration, it would also be wonderful to use 
this feature on the summary on a per site basis, not just on a blog 
basis. I don't know if it already does, sorry?
