[pLog-svn] LT 1.3: thinking out loud

There's a couple of features already or almost in place for LT 1.3,  
Google Maps integration and the friends list but that's not much for  
a major relese by our standards :) A user in the forums sent me a  
patch to integrate support for tags in articles in LT 1.2 but when I  
was about to implement it, I started to think about it... How about  
we extend tags for other things like resources, blogs and users?  
Would it be a useful way to organize the content of an LT site if  
properly implemented? It of course means a bit more work than just  
implementing it for articles, but if I'm asking is because we're  
willing to give it a shot :)
