[pLog-svn] version compare and version feed

Hi

The version compare is not working as expected at the moment because all
releases get the subversion revision appended (e.g. 1.2.4_r1234). The
comparison with Version::isNewer() therefore results in true although it
should be false.

I think it's not useful to change the way Version::isNewer() works, but
we should change the feed to include the subversion revision.

I'm not sure how the feed is generated, can somebody (oscar?) tell me if
this would be doable or not?
