This is unfortunately not supported anymore. In exchange users get a  
performance boost when handling resources, as the web server will now  
be serving them instead of LT.

I haven't tested this specific case but I don't see why it should be  
broken.

The code that handles custom URLs for resources has not changed since  
LT 1.1. The only difference is that now after parsing the blog name,  
album name and file name, it will send an HTTP redirect to the new  
URL instead of serving the file from PHP code. Users won't even  
notice that this is happening...
