[pLog-svn] resource links {blogdomain}?

 	I am having to change this code (and the other two places) to get 
the resources to show up correctly on 1.1.5.
 	I am using {blogdomain} in my subdomains.  I remember someone 
complaining about this at one point - that the base_url was used in the 
resources, rather than the subdomain - was this changed - maybe it is 
a blogdomain specific problem?
