Hello,
Bad Behavior does not catch all of the comment spam for me. But
when used in combination with Akismet, none of the spam comments get
through. Currently, Akismet doesn't block trackbacks, so the
validatetrackbacks plugin is still relevant.
The author of Bad Behavior stated that the "stable" version of
Bad Behavior will permit 0.1% to 10% of spam to pass through, to
prevent false positives, and recommends a backup like Akismet.

I am not sure about dnsantispam or hiddeninput.
