I can take care of implementing the extra buttons below the window, it
shouldn't be too difficult. I will also take care of implementing this
for the non-visual editor but I got a bit stuck when implementing
support for only one "more" tag... I can force the plugin to allow it
to insert only once with a boolean variable, but that variable should
be reset when the "more" tag is removed and I can't figure out how.

I've already got some experience with TinyMCE so I guess I can take a
look at it too :), but I was wondering if any of you had already been
thinking about it and knew how to proceed...

Otherwise the feature is cool and the posting page looks a lot neater
with one fewer textarea :)
