[pLog-svn] The "more" plugin for TinyMCE

Hi,

I was having a look at the "more" plugin for TinyMCE and I still think
it's a good idea. However:

- The "more" button can be clicked more than once and it will generate
more than one "[@more@]" tag in the content. Can we avoid that? I
haven't checked what happens when you have more than one tag like that
in the body of a post, but I don't suppose it's good.

- If we're going to use this plugin, we should get rid of the second
edit window in the "new post" and "edit post" pages.

- Could it be possible to have a bigger link or button outside the
TinyMCE edit window calling the plugin? I am afraid that the button in
the toolbar is not very obvious.

- We need to implement the same kind of thing in the non-visual
editor, though presumably that should be easy.

I've already made the changes to remove the second text window and it
seems to work ok, but I can't figure out an easy way to modify the
plugin to allow the "more" link to be added more than once.

We should have a look at this soon, I don't think we can go ahead with
this feature in its current status.
