Log:
Added support for split locales: a much smaller one to be used in the front-end and the bigger one to be used in admin.php. This feature has been built so that BlogInfo::getLocale() and Locales::getLocale() behave as expected so far, while the new methods BlogInfo::getBlogLocale() and Locales::getBlogLocale() return an object of type BlogLocale which only contains the smaller bit of the locale.
Right now only the English locale has been split, and it will take some time until we have managed to get all strings into the right place. Therefore there is no need to hurry yet with splitting all other available locales.
