[pLog-svn] IP address update

 	I have updated the lifetype.{net,org,info} ip addresses to the new 
names.  lifetype.pl and lifetype.vn need to be modified by whoever owns 
those.  The old ip addresses will be going away soon.

 	The lifetype sites shouldn't have had any down time - does anyone 
see any errors?
