[pLog-svn] bad behavior broke

I am not sure what happened, but it looks like dnsbl.ioerror.us is broken, 
causing false positives.  I was just blocked posting to the forums.  I 
commented out the line there.  (by the way, the bad behavior plugin for 
the forums looks odd - there are two copies of every (most?) file for 
bad behavior?
