[pLog-svn] Improved file uploads in LT

I recently noticed that Flickr is using an improved file upload
process where you can select more than one file in the same pop-up
window (with Ctrl+click for example), there's a nice progress bar for
each one of the files, and so on, so I started to look around and I
found this:

It's built in Flash (requires Flash 8 at least) and is a much nicer
way to upload files... Try the demo, it's pretty cool.

What do you people think? For those who have some sort of prejudice
against Flash, there'd a parameter to force to disable this, but for
the rest, I think this could be a great usability improvement.

It's licensed under the MIT license so it should be ok to use this in
a GPL application.
