[pLog-svn] About the localization

The problem is, how many people are actually using the gettext  
extension? I just checked my server and it's installed, but I don't  
know if it's a very common one.

If it's not installed in many servers, we'll actually be losing  
performance because we'll have to use the non-native implementation  
of gettext, and only a very few hosts will be able to use it.  
According to the link you sent, the array implementation (the one  
we're using now) seems to be somewhere in between the native and non- 
native gettext implementations so it's not too bad.
