[pLog-svn] locked tables

 	I think I have only heard of this once or twice, and it was on a 
cheapo hoster, so we (at least I did) thought that it was probably just an 
unstable mysql daemon or something.  Since I don't think that is the case 
with you, it must be something else.
 	I guess there must be a php script that is terminating 
prematurely, and mysql/php/apache isn't cleaning up when that happens?
