[pLog-svn] LT 1.1 ready?

 	Oh - right, I do have that saved in my inbox -- since I don't have 
mysql 3.23 installed, it would be easiest if you could look at it.
 	I believe the code that is breaking is the stuff I wrote to remove 
the ids from the config table and remove duplicate keys in order to allow 
the ids to be removed?  There might be a better way to do it.  I did have 
some trouble with different mysql versions - I think you will see two 
sequential attempts in the code to cover both cases.
