after I disabled the validate trackback plugin I received lots of
trackback spam, so I suppose receiving works.

but I cannot send them. I tried several things, none worked:
serverA/tbget.php -> serverB/article
serverB/admin.php -> serverA/article
workstation/tbget.php -> serverA/article

serverA, serverB and workstation all having a 1.1.1 install.

Then I trackbacked from blog.ch (early 1.1 beta) to serverA and it worked...

guess I should activate trackback logging on 1.1.1...
