The 3 issues I listed yesteday were just the most important ones
according to my opinion. I know there's a few more and we'll see what
we can do as soon as we have the time.

Regarding e), I don't even see it as an issue. While I can reproduce
it in Firefox 2.0RC3 in Windows (I can't in OS X, by the way) the
calendar is still fully functional despite this problem.
