Will this fix resize the images under /gallery/ to the current size in 
pixels that we have
set in the Resources options, and create the previews-med size images?

I have just asked the people of qDevel to create a script to do that for us
in order to reduce the huge amount of MB (over 2GB) that users are using in
our install because they had no restriction in 0.3.2 and uploaded many, 
many pictures
of over 1mb >:-(

Or will this fix just populate the file_size field in the 
lt_gallery_resources table?

If yes, then I guess first I'd better apply the resizing script, and 
then this one about
the size info.
