I think the only thing that isn't done correctly in the wizard
running multiple times is the trackbacks table. We need to check if the
old trackback table exists, and then not do any of the trackback stuff if
it doesn't. Other than that, I have run the wizard multiple times on my
1.1 installation - I at least haven't noticed duplicate identical indexes.
I think phpmyadmin might still complain about some of our tables - My plan
is to go through the database in the next month or so looking at
optimization sorts of things. I have been learning a bunch of things. I
will fix the indexes at that time if they are broken.
