I think I know which test case you're talking about, but the
difference in that test case is that the Article object was never
getting added to the database. It was only being built with dummy user
and article ids for testing purposes but never actually used.

runtests.php isn't part of the final package offered to users, but you
might want to be careful if you update your blog from svn.
