[pLog-svn] importing !!

 	It has been mentioned on the forums and bugs before, there is 
probably an item in bugs for it.  Mark mentioned it most recently.  I have 
thought about it, mostly I am interested in exporting a LT blog and 
importing into another installation of LT.  People who are interested in 
other blogs should work on it.
