[pLog-svn] Custom Urls for rss feeds

I've been following the LT mailing list and you guys are making some great
improvements on 1.1!  I do have a small feature that I think would be nice
to have, especially for us folks hosting blogs: custom/pretty urls for rss
feeds.  It would be great if the url for each blogs' rss feed was something
like:
myblog.domain.com/feed/
