I agree with 2, I disagree with 1 and I am hesitating about 3.

Why do we need yet another request parser/generator? I think 5 of  
them is way too much. I would only accept this new method to replace  
one of the ones that we currently have.

Regarding 3, it will add extra code to the wizard, even though I can  
see its usefulness for people who don't understand English. On the  
other hand, it's something that has never been requested...
