[pLog-svn] Purge users

 	I am not sure how to fix this one.  Apparently, the purgeUsers 
function was removed from users.class.php and moved to 
PlogUserDataProvider.  But, that function doesn't exist in the parent 
BaseUserDataProvider - are we supposed to get a pointer to the 
ploguserdataprovider directly?  That seems wrong.
