[pLog-svn] Wizard step 2 needs paging

 	I haven't looked at the code, but wizard step 2 needs some of the 
paging/auto-reload tricks to avoid a timeout issue.
 	I didn't get a php 30 second timeout error like I expected, 
perhaps it is because the time is spent in mysql?  I think the error was 
that firefox eventually timed out, or perhaps the server timed out waiting 
for some data from the script, so died with "invalid headers" or 
"unexpected EOF" or something like that.
 	It looks like the 1.0 paging code has been removed?  I don't see 
the constants at the top of wizard.php being used.  Am I missing 
something?
