[pLog-svn] show_in_summary and in_summary_page in 1.1

I don't see this as strictly necessary, if you ask me. Looks like a  
good exercise for somebody willing to spend some time learning about  
custom session handlers in PHP, but I will not implement it. If any  
of you is willing to, go for it as long as it doesn't compromise the  
schedule for 1.1 too much (meaning that it would add even more delay)
