[pLog-svn] Subscribing to pLog-general

I'm trying to subscribe to this mail list but using this webpage:
http://devel.lifetype.net/mailman/listinfo/plog-general

but when I hit submit it shows "The page cannot be displayed". any
ideas how can subscribe to this mail list?
