 	No, at least not quite yet.  I have added a bit of functionality 
(I can't remember if I checked it into 1.1 yet), but I haven't had time to 
get it working completely, ie. erasing the files out of the gallery, 
making sure to always leave the database in a consistent state, etc.

 	If you search on the forums and wiki it should tell you how to do 
subdomains with the {blogname} in the subdomain_base_url.
