[pLog-svn] RE: We need a way to spread important information ASAP

My original idea is not only for "check for updates"..... We can use this to
spread any information that we want the site admin to know. Like:

- New version release
- Sucurities warning
- LifeType first meeting ...:)
- ...etc.

So, I will suggest we show the offical lifetype rss news in site admin
dashboard first. 

Then, we can implement extra checks for updates in later version.

But, we already function freeze in lifetype 1.1. We need Oscar's approval to
do this.
