[pLog-svn] Date Format

[Ma'moon]

is there any way that we can use to change the format of the dates when we
list the infos about the posts or anything else, is there any file should
be  altered in order to get a different format of the dates  or  i have to
deal with each item's date alone to change the format of the date ?!!
