[pLog-svn] Rewrite of getSessionValue()

I don't know who you are, and I really don't care to waste your time or
mine. If someone suggests something there are better ways than talking like
a 5 year old kid. If you happen to know about writing functions, there's a
general recommendation to have a single exit point.

And for the one liner example I was just showing you an example of what you
did. Which is just taking out the return.

I would like to help, so please try to grow up and be more civalized and
scientific.
