Hi Oscar:

See svn rev 2814.

I believe the addArticleCateogryOption() now  works for Safari, too.

But, the new code is a little bit ugly. Since I use the for-loop to control
the option insert, I don't know it impact the performance or now if user has
a lot of article categories, for example 40 or 50 article categories ....

Need more test.
