[pLog-svn] Real Trackback Urls Field

After discussed with Oscar for several times, I think we have conclusion
that in minor relsae we only allow bug fix and the function without locale
message change.

The direct trackback need some locale messages change, so we disable it and
put it into 1.1 release.
