It's more a problem with the definition of the feature than with the
implementation of the feature.

In the "edit post" page, the button should be renamed to something
else. We don't probably want to save the post we're currently editing
as a draft, thus changing its current status from whatever it was to
draft. Or do we? Or should we allow people to save incomplete versions
of whatever they're writing as "published"? Or should we only show the
button if the status is set to "draft"?
