oh, I see. User "bostongio" is exactly mentioning the issue I filed
here: http://bugs.lifetype.net/view.php?id=844

I actually don't agree with mark regarding this issue. As the admin has
already the power to "own" a particular blog, it's more a kind of
"security through obscurity" to argument about "control over user posts"
etc. I'd strongly recomment we implement the admin user in a way that he
has easy full control over everything or we "define" a new role called
something like "super admin" (that's what the mambo people did), but
it's definitely again in no way a modular and flexible role-concept.

I think it would be nice if the plugin framework would provide the
functionality to:
- uninstall plugins (remove db stuff)
- "batch" activation/deactivation for all blogs by a click at the admin
interface
