[pLog-svn] Problems with layout "new post" and "edit post" pages

Mark,

I noticed that if tinymce is disabled, the layout of the "new post"  
and "edit post" pages is completely messed up. both in Firefox 1.5  
and Safari 2.0.3 in OS X. I have had no chance to test this in  
Internet Explorer but since you made those changes, can you take a  
quick look?
