[pLog-svn] branch structure

I had a thought the other day regarding how we use
branches/trunk/tags/etc.
I wonder if it would make more sense to not have a 1.1.1, 1.1.2, etc.
branches, but instead just have a 1.1.x branch, and then tag as we go
along. That way we all wouldn't have to run 'svn switch' for just the
minor releases, and also we wouldn't ever check in code to the wrong
branch.
Seems like it would be less branches to think about.
The only downside I can think of is that if we wanted to make a quick
patch to 1.1.2 and had already started on 1.1.3, it would make it harder,
but I don't think we generally do such large changes in the minor releases
that the code wouldn't be ready at any point for release anyway.
Perhaps we could start this model after 1.2 is released.

Or rather, copy someone else's work first, if you can.
