[pLog-svn] r4387 - plog/branches

I think 1.2 is in pretty good shape but there's a few following  
things haven't been implemented yet:

- implement the upgrade path from 1.1.x to 1.2 in the wizard
- update templates to support things like comment paging features
- update plugins to use the new global settings framework
- merge changes for resources from the 1.2-resources-test branch  
(which would also affect the upgrade path in the wizard)

All said, if you asked me, I think you should implement these changes  
in a separate site in the meantime.
