[pLog-svn] r4379 - plog/tags

 	When you say "test" stuff, what do you mean?  If you mean the 
runtests.php file, see the top of that file that doesn't allow it to be 
run, unless that file is edited.  The /class/test directory isn't used 
except by runtests.php.
