[pLog-svn] minimum mysql version

Hello,
    What is the minimum mysql version number that we are expecting to  
have as a requirement for 1.1?  The 1.0 documention specify 3.23.

    I was attempting to upgrade my wife's 1.0.x installation to 1.1,  
and I found that some code in wizard.php is assuming mysql >= 4.x.   
The delete queries in UpdateStepTwo::perform() are written for 4.1  
and 4.0, and will not work in 3.23.

    If mysql 3.23 is supposed to be supported, I can write up a bug.
