[pLog-svn] Recent Comments / getBlogComments

 	My recent comments plugin uses CommentsCommon->getBlogComments() 
which doesn't pay attention to the article's status, so the case of a 
deleted article will still show the comments like:

http://jon.limedaley.com/ click on the comment by Matthias.

I was unsure about adding a check for the article's status in 
commentscommon - it seems like this must already be taken care of 
somewhere, isn't it?
