[pLog-svn] Mantis upgraded to 1.0.5

I can't upload files and I think it is due
to the upgrade because the page says:
Select File (Max size: 0k)

I was trying to upload the Catalan locale but I could not.
I will upload the file as soon as it is possible or I can
send it to you directly.
