 	Just don't use the word "back" and "forward", but "previous" and 
"next".  There isn't any confusion that way is there?   Or if you really 
wanted to: "older" and "newer".

 	Where are you going to get the up and down arrows?  V ^ ?  Or are 
you going to put graphics?  In that case, I don't really care, since I
