[pLog-svn] category sort order on new post

 	Mark, I hadn't paid much attention when you and Glen were talking 
about the sort order of the categories with the addition of global 
categories, etc.  And I personally don't care about that all that much.
 	However, I noticed today that my categories on the new post page 
are no longer sorted according to the administration category sort 
setting.  Can that be put back to the way it used to be?  I have mine 
sorted according to "most recently updated", which is handy that the most 
frequently used categories are on the top of the list, and easier to find.
