Nope ...

Actually, wizard just do the upgrade data structure through the pdb data
dictionary  function.

it never know we upgrade from 1.0 to 1.1 or 1.1 to 1.1 ...

So, it will run every step one by one ...

If you upgrade from 1.1 to 1.1, ..... It will works well except data
chage...

There is no version control or comparision function in current or easier
lifetype core ... So, I think there is no way to prevent this problem
happened.
