sure, it's supposed to be simple and straight forward:
Blog hosting services that would like to offer their service in more
than two languages may like to use automatic language detection
according to the accept-language string passed by the browser to welcome
the user in a language he understands (i.e. english instead of chinese etc).

All the logic to detect the language including the config option in
administrator->summary is ready (and parts of actually in the trunk),
but I had troubles getting the right locale loaded. probably a caching
issue, I'm not sure...

Things tbd:
- make the right locale loading after we correctly identified the language.
- provide a way to call the detected language in the summary.php
(something like {$locale} to get the country code) but this should be
already available, if we can load the right locale through the locale
object.

I'd appreciate some help with it :)
